摘要
以提高整车行驶平顺性为目的,对板簧承载式悬架系统参数进行了优化。应用ADAMS软件建立了板簧承载式悬架及整车仿真分析模型,分析了仿真所需路面高程样本生成方法。以平顺性改善为目标,对板簧承载式悬架系统参数进行优化设计,道路实验验证了上述方法的有效性,为汽车悬架等复杂机械系统的性能优化提供了借鉴。
Multi-body dynamic model of a vehicle with leaf spring was established, and roughness of the the road surtace was reconstructed with road surface spectrum. The total root mean square acceleration was taken as the evaluation index for optimization of the ride comfort of the vehicle, and the parameters of the suspension, stiffness and damping coefficient, were optimized. Roadway test was performed to verify the presented method, which provided references for the design of suspension under the consideration of ride conmfort optimization of the vehicle.
