摘要
研究一类多区域网型结构特殊重叠电力系统的鲁棒分散控制问题。根据电力系统本身的结构信息约束,提出一种新的互联系统鲁棒分散控制方法。该方法根据大系统包含原理的约束条件,对系统的结构进行重叠分解处理,然后利用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法设计系统的鲁棒分散控制器。将该方法应用到一个四区域网型结构电力系统的自动发电控制控制(AGC)中,其仿真结果表明按此方法设计的控制器较直接使用LMI方法能使系统具有更令人满意的控制性能。
The problem of robust overlapping decentralized control for a class of multi-area power system with web structure and special overlapping is discussed here. Based on its own structure information, a new robust overlapping decentralized control method is presented. The special overlapping decomposition, process is carried on the web structure based on the restriction conditions of inclusion principle. Then the robust decentralized controllers are designed by means of Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) approach. The proposed method is applied to AGC of a four-area web structure power system, and the simulation results show that the performances of the controllers designed by proposed method are better than the one by LMI approach directly.
