应用无痛口腔局麻注射仪对老年人麻醉效果的观察

Observation of the anesthesia effect of the painless oral local anesthesia apparatus for senile

目的:评价应用无痛口腔局麻注射仪对老年人进行口腔治疗的麻醉效果及安全性。方法:将患者随机分为2组,试验组使用无痛局麻注射仪,对照组使用手动注射方式。分别对注射时疼痛情况、麻醉效果及麻醉注射前、后的血压、心率变化进行比较。结果:实验组与对照组注射时的疼痛情况差别有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),麻醉效果差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),麻醉注射后的血压变化差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),心率变化差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无痛口腔局麻治疗仪能有效的减轻注射疼痛,预防术中血压升高,麻醉效能高,是老年人口腔治疗的理想麻醉方法。

Objective： To evaluate the anesthesia effect and safety of the painless oral local anesthesia apparatus in the treatment of senile oral diseases. Methods： The patients were divided into two groups randomly. One group was used the painless oral local anesthesia apparatus, the other was used traditional manual local anesthesia. Injection pain, anesthesia effect and the change of blood pressure and heart beats were compared. Results： The difference of the injection pain were high statistical significant between two groups （P〈0.01）; the difference of anesthesia effect were statistical significant （P〈0. 05）, the difference of blood pressure＇ s change was statistical significant （P〈0.05）, the difference of heart beats＇ change was not statistical significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The painless oral local anesthesia apparatus can reduce the injection pain, prevent the blood pressure from rising in the operation and has high anesthesia effect, it is ideal anesthesia method in the treatment of senile oral diseases.
