从蜜蜂组织培养物中分离纯制得r-球蛋白1.25％(W/W),并制成蛋白含量为0.25％(W/V)的安■冻干剂。本品经电泳及氨基酸分析,分子量测定与对照品结果一致,与资料报导相符合,提供了应用的科学依据。

The isolation and purification of Gammae globulin from tissue culture of honeybee.Its content was calibrated 1.25% (w/w).and finished freeze- drying preparation of ampoule, Its content of protein was calibrated 0.25% (w/v).This prepartion by electrophoresis、amino acid analysis and molec- ular weight determination accorded with contrastive result and report of data.It provides scientific basis of application.
