The problems on present sampling method of 1. 8MVA FeSt electricfurnace are that the confidence is low, the representative is not good, overall accuracyis far lower than international and national standars. In order to make quality test reallydirect production, it puts forward plans according to theoretical analyses to increasesampling points, quantity and product lots, and they have been tested and verified.
