摘要
以60Si2Mn钢为例,研究了变形条件对硅锰钢脱碳的影响。结果表明:硅锰弹钢脱碳主要发生在轧前加热过程中,轧后冷却也发生脱碳。加热温度为1050℃,炉内呈还原气氛,轧后以15℃/s以下冷速(下形成贝氏体)快冷,可减少脱碳。
Taking 60 Si2Mn steel as an example, the effect of deforming conditions on the decarbonization of si Mn bearing steel is studied herein. The results show that the decarbonization of Si Mn bearing spring steel mainly occurs both in the heating process prior to rolling and in the cooling process after rolling. When the heating temperature reaches 1050℃, the reduction atmosphere exists in the heating furnace. The fast cooling speed below 15℃/s after rolling can reduce the decarbonization.
