镀锡原板酸浸时滞值自动测量系统的电化学检测原理及方法的研究

摘要 介绍了镀锡原板表面酸浸时滞值的电化学自动检测原理及方法。采用自行研制的自动检测系统对其进行了考察和评估,研究结果表明,该方法快速简便,结果的重现性和准确性高,适用于碳钢镀锡原板及各种耐蚀合金板的酸浸时滞值的测量,具有良好的应用前景。 The principle and method of electrochemical examination to pickle lag value of the baseplate surface are described.Results out of observation and evaluation to automatic measuring system made by ourselves ahow that the method can apply to measurimg the pickle lag value of carbon steel baseplate and various corrosion resistance alloy plate with its high speed,convenience,high recurrence and accuracy,so as to obtain the good prospect in application.
