摘要
测定分析了缘蝽科18种昆虫COII基因部分片段,结果显示,T、C、A、G的平均含量分别为33.6%、16.4%、36.3%和13.7%.A+T平均含量达到69.9%,表现出较强的A+T含量偏向性.碱基替换中转换频率是颠换的1.1倍;转换的发生以T与C之间为主,颠换以T与A之间为主.从GenBank下载长蝽总科的Oncopeltus fasciatus和猎蝽总科的Triatoma dimidiata作为外群,建立缘蝽科17属18种间的系统发育关系.结果证明狭义巨缘蝽族为一个单系群,竹缘蝽族的两个属为一单系群,鼻缘蝽属与同缘蝽属亲缘关系非常近,环胫黑缘蝽(沟缘蝽亚科)和竹缘蝽族亲缘关系比较近,叶足特缘蝽和怪缘蝽亲缘关系较近.
Parts of mtDAN-COII gene were sequenced and analyzed in 18 species of Coreidae . The average contents of T. C. A and G to COIl gene of 18 species in Coreidae are 33.6%, 16.4%, 36.3% and 13.7%, respectively. A+T content is 69.9% ,which shows a strong A+T bias. To these 18 species of Coreidae, ratio of transition to transversion(R) of COII gene sequence is 1.1 ; transitions are slightly higher than transversions; most transitions occur between T and C, while most transversions occur between A and T. The phy|ogenetic relationships among 18 species of Coreidae and the outgroups which include Oncopehus fasciatus (Hemiptera: Lygaeoidea) and Triatoma dimidiate (Hemiptera: Reduviidae) had been reconstructed. The results show that: Mictini s. str is a monophyleny; two genera of Cloresmini is a monophyletic; Sinotagus has a close kinship with Homoeocerus, Hygia touchei (Colpurinae) has a close kinship with Cloresmini, Trematocoris tragus has a close kinship with Cordysceles turpis.
