摘要
目的采用纵跳高度作为指标,反映不同组数的动力性力量练习后受试者最大力量的变化情况.方法3组志愿者采用8RM重量进行杠铃负重半蹲动作练习,每组分别进行1组、3组和6组练习动作,每周训练2次,共训练10周;于训练开始前、训练4周、训练7周、训练10周测试受试者自由纵跳(CM J)高度进行比较.结果三组受试者在进行力量练习后纵跳高度绝对值与自身基础值相比均出现了显著增长,而在进行不同训练组数的三组受试者之间,并未出现显著的差别.结论短周期力量练习的重复组数并非最大力量获得的限制性因素.
Object Using height of vertical jump as index, to revealed the effect of different sets of weight training. Methods subjects divided into three groups randomly, each group carried weight squat one set, three sets, or six sets using 8 repetition maximum weight, two times per week persioting ten weeks. Experimentize height of vertical jump at the begin of training, the 4th week ,the 7th and 10th week of training. Results no significant difference in height of vertical jump between the three groups, but the percent of jump height increase distinguished significantly in groups carried weight squat three sets and six sets . Conclusion in ten weeks training session, compare with one set weight training, multiple sets does not put up superior effect on the enhance of the height of vertical jump.
