摘要 连续油管柱作为一种特殊管柱,它的设计思路与普通油管柱存在较大差异,其重量、超载提升力、井眼条件、液压载荷等是连续油管柱设计需考虑的几个因素,而它的疲劳预测在现场应用中起着至关重要的作用。经研究,提出3种预测周期疲劳方法,并对这3种预测方法的优缺点进行了比较。 Coiled tubing string, a special design string, has many differences in designing thought with conventional tubing string. Some factors such as weight, overload lifting capacity, bore hole condition and hydraulic load fatigue should be considered, while, fatigue forecasting plays an important role in field application. By studies for it, three kinds of methods for foreseeing cycle fatigue and comparing the advantage and disadvantage of them.
