摘要
针对大庆油田开发进入高含水开采阶段,油水井套管损坏显著加快的实际情况,介绍了套损井爆炸打通道工艺技术。大通径(90mm以上)套损井通过爆胀整形工艺技术实现套损修复,对小通径及坍塌错断井通过爆炸穿孔工艺技术配合钻铣工艺进行整形。该工艺实现了对变形损坏的套管进行整形修复的目的。
Accord to high water containing developing period of Daqing oilfield and actual situation of case damaged seriously in water and oil wells, a set of explosive perforation tech for cased well is introduced. For big full bore (over 90 mm) of damaged case, explosive shape tech can realize repair of case and for small full bore and wrench well for collapse, explosive perforation tech coordinating drilling and milling tech can make shape. This tech achieves the objective of shape for damaged case.
