摘要
组织承诺引入我国已有20多年,并取得了很多研究成果,但是有关组织承诺的概念仍存在不同的理解。就国内外关于组织承诺的概念进行了总结和分析,在此基础上对组织承诺的概念进行了重新界定,与各位专家学者共同探讨。
It has been more than 20 years since “Organizational commitment” was introduced into China, and a lot of research results are achieved. However, there are different interpretations about the concept of Organizational commitment. This paper summarizes and analyzes the concept at home and abroad, and on that basis, it redefines the concept to share it with the excerpts and scholars.
