摘要
人才外流已成为一个全球现象,人才外流的成因可分为人才流出国推的因素和人才流入国拉的因素。分析了人才外流的各种因素和人才外流对人才流出国的影响,并对我国人才外流的潜在因素进行了分析。
The brain drain has become a world - wide phenomenon. The causes of brain drain include “push” and “pull” effects. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the brain drain, the effect of brain drain on the source country. At last, the potential factors that may cause the brain drain of China are analyzed.
