摘要
管理育人是"三育人"工作的重要组成部分,也是一门行为科学,育人的主体是高校学生,他们是"理性"和"情感"的载体。运用心理学原理,注重以人为本,在实践和理论两个层面,探索出融"情、理、行"于一体的管理方法和管理艺术,才能收到良好的育人效果。
Administering and cultivating students is an important part in “the Three Cultivations” as well as a behavioral science. The main object of it is the high school students who are the carrier of “sense” and “sensibility”. This thesis puts emphasis on people and administering art, explores a method combining “sensibity, sense and practice” on the basis of psychology principles. This administering method is proved to have a good effect in cultivating students.
