摘要
采用水溶液沉淀法制备了平均粒径17纳米的LaF3粉体,通过真空压结成形法制备了纳米LaF3块体,通过测量复阻抗谱研究了纳米LaF3块体材料的介电性能。
Nanocrystalline powder of LaF3 with an average grain size of 16.7 nm was synthesized with a method of direct precipitation from water solution. Nanophase LaF3 bulk material was prepared by compacting the powder in high vacuum. Dielectric property of nanocrystalline LaF3 bulk sample was studied with complex impedance spectra.
