摘要
以37个毛织物为样本,通过FAST、YG811等仪器测试织物的31项性能指标,运用主因子分析法,得到评价织物风格的6个主因子:织物厚实丰满因子、经向弯曲因子、经向伸长因子、纬向伸长因子、纬向弹性因子、纬向弯曲因子,在此基础上运用相关分析法,得到织物规格中影响织物风格与性能的高度相关与显著相关因素,建立织物风格—性能—规格之间的相关性,以指导毛织物的设计与生产。
In this paper, 37 wool fabrics are selected for investigation. Principal factors for evaluating fabric style are obtained from principal factor analysis based on 31 property parameters tested by such instruments as FAST and YG811. By correlation coefficient analysis, the prominent factors of fabric specification having high correlation with fabric property are obtained. Meanwhile, the correlation chain of fabric style-property-specification could be established and used to conduct fabric design.
