摘要
[目的]为了加快优质观赏苗木的推广和应用。[方法]采用双因素设计,通过田间试验研究不同基质和生根剂组合对红叶石楠扦插生根的影响,筛选出全光照弥雾条件下适宜的扦插基质和生根剂浓度。[结果]用ABT生根粉处理红叶石楠,其插条生根数、平均根长随处理浓度的升高有所提高,但浓度过高(300 mg/L)则会影响扦插成活率。基质配方珍珠岩∶蛭石∶泥炭=1∶2∶1或1∶1∶2与200 mg/LABT生根粉溶液的组合在成活率、生根数、根长、苗高等指标上均处于或接近最高值,其成活率分别达到了97%、98%。[结论]对于红叶石楠半木质化枝条的扦插繁殖,使用基质珍珠岩∶蛭石∶泥炭=1∶2∶1或1∶1∶2较适合。1号ABT生根粉溶液的处理浓度以200 mg/L最为适宜。
[Objective] The research aimed to quicken the popularization and application of high-quality ornamental seedlings. [Method] In the test with double factors design, the effects of different combinations of medium and rooting agent on the rotting of Photiniafrasery cuttings were studied and suitable cutting medium and concentration of rooting agent under full light atomizing conditions were screened out. [Result] Treated with ABT rooting powder, the root numbers of cutting and average root length were increased with the increase of treatment concentration. But too high concentration(300 mg/L)would affect the survival rate of cuttings. The combinations of medium formula of perlite: vermiculite : turves= 1:2:1 or 1:1:2 and 200 mg/L ABT rooting powder solution were in or near highest values on such indexes as surviving rate, rooting number, root length and seedling height, with their surviving rate being 97 % and 98 %, resp. For cutting propagation of semi-lignified branches in P. frasery, it was suitable to take perlite:vermiculite: turves=1:2:1 or 1:1:2 as medium. [Conclusion] The most appropriate concentration of ABT; rooting powder solution was 200 mg/L.
