摘要
[目的]探讨基因型、环境及其互作对小麦多酚氧化酶活性的影响,为小麦面团色泽性状的改良和优势区域种植提供理论参考。[方法]在宿州和涡阳地区种植面粉多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性差别较大的13个小麦主栽品种(系),研究基因型、环境及其互作对小麦面粉PPO活性的影响。[结果]宿州地区安农0236的面粉PPO活性最高,而涡阳地区皖协2691的面粉PPO活性最低。在同一地区,基因型及其互作对小麦面粉PPO活性都有显著影响,不同基因型的PPO活性均大于互作的PPO活性。小麦面粉PPO活性的品种与试点互作效应十分明显,不同试点、不同品种(系)的PPO活性差异显著。[结论]研究品质性状基因型与环境的互作效应,对小麦品质遗传改良和优质小麦的区域化生产具有重大意义。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the effects of genotype, environment and their interaction on PPO activity of wheat and provide theoretical reference for color characteristic improvement of wheat dough and dominant region planting of wheat. [Method] 13 main- cultivated wheat varieties (strains) with greater difference of PPO activity of wheat flour were planted in Suzhou area and Guoyang area to study the effects of genotype, environment and their interaction on PPO activity of wheat flour. [Result] Flour PPO activity of Annong 0236 in Suzhou area was highest and that of Wanxie 2691 was lowest. In the same area, genotype and its interaction had significant effects on PPO activity of wheat flour. PPO activities of different genotypes were all higher than that of the interaction. The interaction effect of variety and tested site on PPO activity of wheat flour was very obvious and PPO activity in different varieties and different tested sites had significant difference. [Conclusion] Studying the interaction of genotype of quality traits and environment was of great significance for genetic improvement of wheat quality and regional production of good-quality wheat varieties.
