摘要
[目的]为了充分利用甘蔗渣和胶厂废水。[方法]设处理Ⅰ(物理→化学→EM菌)、处理Ⅱ(物理→化学→酵母菌)、处理Ⅲ(物理→化学→混合菌)、处理Ⅳ(化学→物理→EM菌)、处理Ⅴ(化学→物理→酵母菌)、处理Ⅵ(化学→物理→混合菌)6种处理,研究蔗渣过滤前后胶厂废水的全氮含量变化和蔗渣不同处理前后的粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗纤维含量变化。[结果]经6种处理,蔗渣过滤后胶厂废水总氮含量明显降低(近50%),蔗渣处理后粗纤维、粗灰分、粗蛋白的含量均有不同程度的变化。处理Ⅱ的粗纤维含量为最低;处理Ⅱ和处理Ⅵ的粗蛋白含量达到基本相同水平;处理Ⅲ和处理Ⅵ的粗灰分含量明显低于其他处理。6种处理中,效果最好的是处理Ⅱ。[结论]蔗渣过滤胶厂含氮废水的生物发酵产物能满足热带地区常见牧草的营养元素要求,可开发作为饲料原料。
[Objective] The research aimed to make full use of bagasse and wastewatei from rubber factory. [Method] 6 treatments of T1 (physics→ chemistry → EM bacteria), T2 (physics→ chemistry → yeast), T3 (physics → chemistry → mixed bacteria), T4 (chemistry → physics→ EM bacteria), T5 (chemistry → physics → yeast) and T6 (chemistry →physics → mixed bacteria) were set up to study the changes of total nitrogen content in wastewater from rubber factory before and after filtration with bagasse and the content changes of crude ash, crude protein and crude fiber before and after different treatments of bagasse, [Result] Through 6 treatments, total nitrogen content in wastewater from rubber factory was obviously decreased (near 50 %) after filtration with biogases. And crude fiber, crude protein and crude ash in bagasse after different treatments had change to different degree, The content of crude fiber was lowest in T2, crude protein contents in T2 and T6 were at the same level and the contents of crude ash in T3 and T6 were obviously lower than other treatments. Among 6 treatments, the effect of T2 was best. [Conclusion] The bio -fermentation products of nitrogen -containing wastewater from rubber factory after filtration with bagasse could meet the nutrient element requirements of common forage in tropical regions and could be developed as feed materials.
