摘要 [目的]为明确发酵草屑在低有机质污泥堆肥中的作用。[方法]分别以刨花、葡萄糖、发酵草屑为调理剂进行低有机质污泥堆肥对比试验,研究发酵草屑在低有机质污泥堆肥中的作用。[结果]发酵草屑和低有机质污泥按照1∶5比例混合在强制通风条件下进行好氧堆肥,堆料初期温度上升慢,达到中温后温度急剧上升到高于55℃,并维持3 d以上。加发酵草屑后,污泥中有机质的分解率从最低的8.1%提高到36%,检测表明达到无害化标准。热量平衡计算表明发酵草屑在堆肥中的作用是有效调理堆料的C/N比,并为微生物提供初期碳源,既是起爆剂和调理剂,又是高温菌的营养物提供者。[结论]低有机质污泥加发酵青草堆肥是一种简单、经济、可行的技术。 [Objective] The study aimed to confirm the effect of fermented grass litters in the compost of low organic sludge. [Method] With shavings, glucose and fermented grass litters as conditioners respectively, the comparison experiment was conducted to study the effect of fermented grass litters in the compost of low organic sludge. [Result] The aerobic compost was conducted on the mixture of fermented grass litters and low organic sludge with the ratio of 1:5 under forced aeration condition. The temperature in compost material increased slowly in early stage, increased sharply over 55 ℃ after it reached moderate temperature and maintained for over 3 d. The decomposition rate of organic matter in sludge increased from the lowest 8,1% to 36 % after adding fermented grass litters, the detection result showed it reached the harmless level. The heat balance calculation showed that the function of fermented grass litters in the compost was to adjust C/N ratio of compost material effectively, and provide initial carbon sources for microbe. It was not only the initial detonating agent and conditioner but also the nutriment supplier of thermophilic bacteria. [Conclusion] The compost of adding fermented grass into low organic sludge was a simple, economic and feasible technique.
