摘要 [目的]为了解浙江省青田县鲜活田鱼产地的环境质量状况。[方法]采取均匀布点的方法对青田县鲜活田鱼基地的土壤(底泥)、渔业用水和空气进行调查监测,采用指数评价法,分析评价基地的环境质量。[结果]该基地渔业用水的严控环境污染单项指数和一般控制环境指标的单项污染指数均小于1,pH值、溶解氧在标准要求的范围内,色、臭、味及漂浮物等感官指标也都合格,水质良好;土壤质量各项污染指数均小于1,全部合格;大气环境质量严控指标和一般控制指标的单项污染指数均小于1,大气环境质量良好。[结论]该基地土壤、渔业用水和空气的各项严控指标和一般控制指标的单项污染指数、综合污染指数均属合格,其生态环境质量符合NY/T391-2000《绿色食品产地环境技术条件》的要求,适宜开发A级绿色食品。 [Objective] The study aimed to know the environmental quality in the producing area of fresh Tianyu fish in Qingtian county of Zhejiang province. [Method] The uniform grid method was used to investigate and monitor the soil (bottom sediment), fishery water and air in the base of fresh Tianyu fish in Qingtian County. The environmental quality of the base was analyzed and evaluated with method of the index appraisal. [Result] The single index of strictly controlling environmental pollution and the single pollution index of generally controlling environmental index of the fishery water in the base were all smaller than 1. The pH value and dissolved oxygen were in the range of standard requirement. The sensory indices such as color, smell and taste were up to eligibility, so the water quality was good. The various pollution indices of soil quality were all smaller than 1 and up to eligibility. The single indices of strictly controlling index and generally controlling index of air environmental quality were all smaller than 1, so the air environment quality was good. [Conclusion] The single pollution index and synthesized pollution index of various strictly controlling indices and generally controlled indices of soil, fishery water and air in the base were all up to eligibility. Its ecological environmental quality accorded with the requirements of NY/T391-2000 〈Environmental technical conditions for green food producing area〉, so it was suitable to produce A level green food.
