摘要
从食品安全在构建社会主义和谐社会中的重大作用出发,分析了现阶段我国食品监管体系存在的问题。同时借鉴国外对食品安全监管的原则和方法,从监管体系方面提出了几点对策和措施。
Based on the importance of food safety to building a socialistic harmonious society, the problems in food monitoring and management system were analyzed. The principle and method of food safety monitoring and management abroad were referenced and some beneficial and feasible measures were put forward from food monitoring and management system.
