Promotion of Rural Cooperation Economic Organization on Agricultural Industrialization Development

首先说明了农村合作经济组织在农业产业化中能发挥政府所无法实施的效用;其次分析了农村合作经济组织在农业产业化中的具体作用;最后阐述了政府引导和鼓励农村合作经济组织发展的途径。

The aim of this paper was to strengthen the role of rural cooperation economic organization in the development of rural industrialization and to emphasis that government should adopt effective policy pathway to induct and encourage the development of rural cooperation economic organization. It was firstly pointed out that rural cooperation economic organization played effective role in the rural industrialization, which the government could not. Concrete functions of rural cooperation economic organization in rural industrialization were analyzed. Finally, the pathway inducted by the government to encourage the development of rural cooperation economic organization was elaborated.
