当前我国医学类毕业生“就业难”的深层原因及对策

On current difficulty in employment for higher medical school graduates and its possible solution in China

近几年来,在全国普通高等院校毕业生就业形势严峻的情况下,医学类毕业生就业形势不容乐观。文章从现阶段调查分析入手,分析医学类毕业生就业总体状况、就业影响因素和就业难的深层原因,以科学发展观为指导思想,对"十一五"期间创新大学生就业教育提出思考,进而对如何以科学发展观来促进大学生的就业提出对策,对我国构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。

In recent years the employment for college graduates has been in serious circumstance. There is no denging the fact that employment for college graduates is an extremely serious program. From a close study, this paper deals with the affecting factors and the causes of the difficulties in employment for medical college graduates in our country. With the help of the outlook on scientific development as the guiding ideology for the 11th Five-Year Plan, the authors have bestowed some thoughts on how to implement the outlook on scientific development to promote our innovative work for the employment for college students, which will play a part in building a harmonious society in China.
