重视实习、就业与考研矛盾提高临床实习质量

Importance attached to contradiction among practice,employment and graduate admission examination to improve quality of clinical practice

通过调查反映五年制医学生中实习、考研、就业关系的现状,探讨解决三者矛盾关系的合理措施。采用调查表对我校254名五年制医学生进行调查。实习、考研、就业之间的矛盾比较突出,应引起重视并制定措施加以解决。

254 undergraduate students of 5-year medical program have been investigated by questionnaire to show the current conditions of clinical practice, employment and graduate admission examination and to discuss the reasonable measure to resolve the contradiction among the three aspects. The contradictions among the clinical practice, employment and graduate admission examination are obvious. To them importance should be attached, and possible solutiones should be adopted to resolve them.
