摘要
研究了由一种有机溶剂浸渍的粉末冶金试样经碳氮共渗处理后的渗层组织及性能。研究表明:经预浸渍后再进行碳氮共渗处理的粉末冶金试样与未经浸渍而直接进行碳氮共渗的试样相比,不仅渗层薄、表面硬度高(提高5~SHRA)并趋于均匀,而且组织细化;还能有效地防止薄壁零件、齿轮等复杂结构件的热处理变形与开裂。
This paper has studied the metallographic structures and propertis of carbonitriding layer of the iron base P/M specimens impregnated with a kind oforganic solvent. The results have shown that the carbonitriding thinner layer, in-crease(5 ~ 8HRA) and uniformity in the surface hardness, and finer grain of thecarbonitriding layer of specimens after being impregnated in comparison with themwithout doing. Validly the impregnation can prevent heat treated deformation andcracking of the complicated parts, e. g. the thin wall parts and wears.
