摘要
对铁、镍取代钴作为粘结剂在硬质合金中的应用做了研究。实验结果表明,用11.25%Fe+3.75%Ni作为粘结剂,可以得到优于YG11C牌号硬质合金的力学性能。并对影响铁、镍粘结硬质合金性能的因素进行了深讨。
The paper investigated FeNi binder which were used instead of binder Co in cemented carbide. The result has shown that the mechanical properties of (11. 25 % Fe + 3. 75 % Ni) - cemented carbide are superior to the grade YG11C.The factors affected the properties of FeNi - cemented carbide were discussed aswell.
