摘要
妇产科临床实习是医学教学的难点。为提高医学生对妇产科常见病的病史采集能力,使其掌握女性盆腔检查的技巧,我院培训子宫肌瘤和功能失调性子宫出血两种疾病的标准化病人(SP)。采用标准化病人模拟临床环境,将其应用于本科生课间和生产实习的评估、研究生中期考核及住院医师培训中。在临床实习教学中,通过标准化病人进行辅助教学,可为学生提供实践技能机会,很好地解决了临床实践教学的矛盾,为改进临床教学提供了有力依据。
The clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology is a difficult point in medical teaching. In order to improve the medical students' ability in collecting history of commonly obstetric and gynecologic disease, retake them control the skills of female pelvic examination. The standardized patients (SP) were trained to control the knowledge of leiomyoma of the uterus and dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The standardized patients were adopted to simulate clinicall environment, and applied in valuation of undergraduate students' practice of lesson and production, middle-term examinimg of graduate students, and training of residents. Using standardized patients as a assistant means in clinical practice teachirag can provide the opportunity of practice technical ability, solve the antinomy of clinical practice teaching nicely, and provide the emollient basis for improving clinical teaching.
