摘要
氮化钛由于其优异特性，已在工具材料、结构材料及特殊材料中广泛应用。本文概述了用氢化钛粉在一定的低压条件下直接反应合成氮化钛的研究结果并论述了其潜在优势。
Titanium nitride has been widely used as tools material, structural and special materials dus to its outstanding characteristics. The results in the titanium nitride synthesis by direct reaction of titanium hydride powder under certain low pressure condition and the potential advantages were given in the paper.
