摘要
森林旅游景区的战略管理在管理理念与竞争理念、产品服务化、人本管理、生态环境保护等方面存在一定的滞后性。森林旅游景区要在竞争中创造新的旅游价值,确保旅游可持续发展,必须实施成本战略、歧异战略等企业文化管理战略,注重景区内部的经营管理,整合创新景区企业文化各层次特质,发挥森林文化的价值。
Strategy management of forest tourism scenic area lags in management concept, competitive concept, human resource management and environment protection. To create tourism value in competition, forest tourism scenic area must implement corporate culture management strategy such as cost strategy and individuality strategy, pay attention to interior management, harmonize each culture in the scenic area and bring into play the value of forest culture in the scenic area.
