Summary on the Development and Research of the Tourism Estate in China

旅游房地产近几年在我国得到了快速的发展,对它的研究也日益引起国内学者的关注,总结了我国旅游房地产发展历程,对旅游房地产研究文献进行了总结和分析,并对我国旅游房地产今后的发展趋势进行了展望,指出了今后研究有待深入之处。

Tourism estate has developed fast in China in resent years ; the scholars also pay more and more attention to it. This paper summarizes the developing process of tourism estate, and analyzes the past studies; at last, the paper looks into the future of the tourism estate and points out the concerning points to be further studied.
