摘要
介绍自整角机旋转角度的测量及跟踪方法，进行了测量原理公式的推导，给出了实现的具体方法。
Electrometry of synchronous rotating angle and tracking method are Introduced in this paper. The calculation with formulas of measuring principle are summaried and the concretemethod for measuring is given.
