摘要
对天丝纤维产品进行抗皱整理,改善其易起皱、起毛疵病,提高其服用性能。采用酶处理、氧漂、低碱丝光等工艺措施,以保护纤维;例举烧毛、精练、丝光、抗皱柔软处理及预缩整理具体工艺参数。
DP finish can enhance the serviceability of Tencel fabric as it prevents crease formation and pilling. Wet processing of supermicro Tencel fabric is detailed, including singeing, enzyme scouring, low alkali mercerization, DP finish and softening, as well as preshrinking. Practical application shows that the above process can impart supermicro Tencel fabric excellent quality.
