曹妃甸工业区和南堡开发区钛钢联合发展研究

A Study on the Titanium Steel Joint Development of Caofeidian Industrial Zone and Nanpu Industrial Zone

在曹妃甸工业区和南堡开发区现有产业规划基础上可以实现两个工业区钛钢联合发展。首先分析了钛钢的优点和联合发展的种类,再以循环经济和产业链等理论为依据,指出曹妃甸工业区和南堡开发区具备钛钢联合发展的基本条件,然后提出建立基于钛产业的区域循环产业链以实现曹妃甸工业区和南堡开发区钛钢联合发展。

In our view, the titanium steel joint devlopment of the two industrial zones can be realized on the existed plan or basis of Caofeidian Industrial Zone and Nanpu Industrial Zone. The auttors firstly analyzed the advantages and the types of joint development for titanium steel, and then based on the theory of circular economic and industrial clain, pointed out that Caofeidian Industrial Zone and Nanpu Industrial Zone have the basic conditions for titanium steel joint development. The establishment of a regional circular industrial chain based Titanium Industry was proposed and hope that it will promote the titanium steel joint development of Caofeidian Industrial Zone and Nanpu Industrial Zone.
