摘要
介绍了磁选柱的结构、磁场特性,分析了不同矿物颗粒或磁链在磁选柱磁场中的受力关系,导出了磁力、重力和上升水流动力联合作用的速度公式,由此可说明磁选柱的分选原理。实验室和工业应用结果表明,磁选柱的分离精度较高。
The paper presents the structure, field charateristics and separation efficiency of a column magnetic separator, and analyse the force applied to different mineral particles or magnetic chains in its magnetic field, diriving a velocity formula for comprehensive action of magnetic force, gravity force and dynamic force of up water flow. The results from the laboratory tests and commercial application have shown that the separator is suitable for producing high quality of iron concentrate due to its high separation accuracy.
