摘要
对湿法炼锌过程中的黄药除钴净化环节作了分析,建立了系统的数学模型,将基于模型的控制与专家系统相结合,提出一种专家控制系统,先由模型求得黄药的添加量作为系统的预给值,再由专家系统分析推理作出必要修正。
A analysis is made on the purification stage of cobalt removal by xanthates in wet zinc smelting. A systematic mathematical model is established. By combining control methods based on the model with an expert system, an expert control system is developed. The optimization of xanthate dose can be realized by calculating a primary dose of xanthate with the model and revising the dose according to the analysis and reasoning of the expert system.
