摘要
在用HPLC测定调味品中苯甲酸、山梨酸时,样品经稀释后加入各10%的亚铁氰化钾和乙酸锌溶液作沉淀剂,杂质随沉淀剂沉淀与被测组分分离,此法不仅操作简单,测量准确,而且能使色谱使用寿命大为延长。
When determining the benzoic acid and sorbic acid in seasoning with HPLC,the diluted sample should be aded 10% Potassium hexacyanoferrate and Zinc acetate respectively as the sediments. Impurity will separate from the tested group with the process of sedimentation of sediments. The method is simple and easy and will lead to accurate measurement and give longer service life to the spectrum.
