核电用不锈钢包壳管喷砂处理工艺的得益与局限性

摘要 喷砂处理工艺作为包壳管的清洁工序,对改善内壁的表面质量,清除内壁残留物,提高包壳管的超声波检验合格率中起过很大的作用,但它的得益受到了超声检验设备的根本性限制。在检测设备无法改变的前提下,为了避免和减少误判,要进一步提高包壳管的成批合格率必须另找途径,建议采用强制过滤润滑油的办法,以最小的投入获得最高的产出。 As a cleaning operation of enclosure tubes, sand - blasting process plays an important role in improving surface quality of inner wall, clearing the residue from inner wall and ensuring more tube to pass the qualification test. However, it' s advantange is limited by ultrasonic inspection device. With the test device unchanged, we have to look for another method to avoid or lessen misjudgement. It is suggested to take the method of forced filter lubricating - oil, so that we can get maximum output with minimum cost.
