2型糖尿病患者皮肤交感反应的波形变化特点

摘要 皮肤交感反应(sympathetic skin response,SSR)是通过各种内外刺激(如深呼吸、疼痛、电刺激等)引起皮肤汗腺细胞离子跨膜活动的改变,由此引起的皮肤电压变化能反映交感节后无髓C类纤维的功能”。Aramaki等根据波幅和潜伏期分布特点。将正常健康人群SSR波形分为5型,其中三相波起始即出现负向波的SSR波形最为常见,占所有波形的40%。
