摘要
利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)研究了马钢高炉冷却壁水管内垢物的成份和结构.结果表明:垢主要由Fe3O3,α-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH及水中泥砂悬浮物组成;垢瘤生成的主要原因是水管内壁爱腐蚀所致.讨论了这种腐蚀机制,并据此提出了防腐阻垢的对策.
The composition and structure of scale, which was on the waterpipe wall of cooling stave of No.3 BF at Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd ., was studied by X-raypcan electron ndcroscope (SEM) and energe dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDS). The result shows, the scale is maily composed of Fe3O4, α-FeooH, γ-FeOOH and suspending silt.The main cause of scale formation is that waterpipe wall was corroded. A discussion has been made on the corrosion mechanism, and according to this, a countermeasure for anticorrosive and prevent fomation of scale was proposed.
