摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)和C型利钠肽(CNP)水平的变化极其意义。方法用放射免疫法分别测定69例OSA患者(轻度26例,中度20例,重度23例)和25例正常人的血浆ADM和CNP水平。结果(1)OSA轻、中、重度各组血浆ADM水平分别为(46.90±11.37)、(46.04±10.307)、(47.56±9.677)ng/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总OSA组与正常对照组血浆ADM水平分别为(46.73±13.92)、45.90±12.87)ng/L,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)OSA轻、中、重度各组血浆CNP水平分别为(12.02±3.75)、(12.37±5.34)、(11.86±4.24)ng/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总OSA组与正常对照组血浆CNP水平分别为(12.08±4.25)、(9.66±3.24)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ADM在OSA患者中无变化,不能作为诊治观察OSA的指标。CNP在OSA组的升高与缺氧无关,可能是引起OSA的另一潜在病理机制。
Objective To study the changes of adrenomedullin and C-type-natriuretic peptide in patient with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods The levels of plasma ADM and CNP in 69 patients with OSA (26 cases in mild OSA,20 cases in moderate OSA and 23 cases in severe OSA) and 25 cases of controls were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results ( 1 ) Plasma ADM levels were similar in mild ,moderate, and severe OSA (46.90 ± 11.377VS 46.04 ± 10.307 VS 47.56±9.677 ng/L) (P〉0.05). Plasma ADM level with the OSA group were similar control groups (46.73 ± 13.92 VS 45.90 ± 12.87 ng/L) (P 〉 0. 05 ). (2) Plasma CNP levels with mildwere similar, moderate, and severe OSA (12.02 ±3.75 VS 12.37 ±5.347 VS 11.86 ±4.24 ng/L) (P 〉0.05). plasma CNP level in OSA was higher than that in controls (12.08 ±4.25 VS 9.66 ± / - 3.24ng/L) (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion OSA has no significant effects on plasma ADM levels. Increase of plasma CNP in OSA is not related to hypoxia,it may be another potential pathogenic mechanisms which leads to OSA.
