临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的实施效果。方法将116例拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分成两组,临床护理路径组60例和常规护理组56例,常规护理组按照传统的护理流程进行护理;护理路径组按临床护理路径进行护理。将两组患者的平均住院天数,平均医疗费用,患者满意度,护理质量及健康知识掌握程度进行比较。结果两组患者的平均住院天数,平均医疗费用,护理质量及健康知识掌握程度比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。患者满意度比较,经统计学分析,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论临床路径应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术,可以明显缩短平均住院时间,降低诊疗费用,使服务对象获得最佳的医疗护理服务质量。

Objective To explore the effect of using clinic nursing path in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 116 patients undergoing cholecystectomy were randomized into two groups ： the experimental group （ n = 60 ） and routine care group （ n = 56）. The patients in the former were cared according to the clinical nursing path and those controls routine nursing flow-sheet. The comparisons were performed between them in regard to average hospitalization duration, average medical expense, patient＇s satisfaction rate, the extent of mastering nursing quality and health knowledge. Result Statistically, the differences between the groups were significant in regard to average hospitalization duration, average medical expense, patient＇s satisfaction rate, the extent of mastering nursing quality and health knowledge. Conclusion Use of clinical nursing path in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can shorten hospitalization duration and reduce medical expense, and facilitate rehabilitation so that the recipients of nursing care obtain nursing service.
