社会支持对社区老年糖尿病患者的影响及对策

目的研究社会支持对社区老年糖尿病患者的影响作用。方法对社区老年糖尿病患者120例(实验组)和健康志愿者113例(对照组),应用肖水源的社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查,分析社区老年糖尿病患者的社会支持与其年龄、经济条件和家庭状况的关系。结果社区老年糖尿病患者的社会支持水平低于健康志愿者(P<0.01)。年龄≥60岁的老年糖尿病患者社会支持水平低于年龄<60岁者,经济条件好的社会支持水平高于经济条件差者,丧偶者的社会支持水平低于未丧偶者。结论老年糖尿病患者的社会支持与其年龄、经济条件和家庭状况密切相关,良好的社会支持有助于患者减少心理压力,增强自信,提高生活质量,延长生命。

Objective To study the effect of social support on the elderly diabetes patients in communities. Methods 120 diabetic patients from some communities as experimental group and another 113 healthy volunteers as controls were investigated by Xiao Shuiyuan＇s SSR to look into the relationship between social support and age, financial bases, family situation. Result The social support of the diabetic patients was lower than that of the healthy volunteers （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the social support of diabetic patients of over 60 was lower than that of the younger ones, it in the well-financially supported patients higher than that in the poorly financially supported, it for the widowed lower than that for the non-widowed. Conclusions Social support of the diabetic patients is closely related with age, finance and family situation. With a better social support, the patients can get more relaxed, gain more confidence, enjoy a better life and stay healthier.
