海洋底栖硅藻细胞中矿物元素含量分析 被引量:7

Analysis of Eleven Mineral Elements for Eight Benthic Marine Diatoms Using AAS

摘要 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对八种海洋底栖硅藻细胞中Mg,Fe,K,Ca,Mn,Zn,Cu,Ni,Pb,Cr,Cd共11种矿物元素的含量进行了测定。方法的相对标准偏差<6.85%,相关系数为0.9989~0.9999,回收率95%~103%。结果表明,所筛选的八种海洋底栖硅藻中含有较丰富的常量元素和微量元素,常量元素Mg,Fe,K,Ca的含量为10-1~102mg.g-1数量级,微量元素Mn,Zn,Cu,Ni的含量为10-3~10-1mg.g-1数量级。其含量依次为Mg>Fe>Ca>K>Mn>Zn,Cu和Ni的含量极少,有害重金属元素Pb,Cr和Cd含量极微。Mg,K和Mn含量最高的是半裸舟形藻,分别为(17.2240±0.0302)mg.g-1SD,(1.7885±0.0939)mg.g-1SD和(0.2253±0.0011)mg.g-1SD。Fe(4.2314±0.0309)mg.g-1SD),Zn(0.1167±0.0029)mg.g-1SD),Cu(0.0227±0.0007)mg.g-1SD)和Ni(0.0147±0.0005)mg.g-1SD)含量最高的是双尖菱板藻细头变种,而菱形藻细胞中Ca(6.3537±0.0412)mg.g-1SD含量最高。 Eleven mineral-elements, Mg, Fe, K, Ca, Mn, Zn, Cu, Ni, Pb, Cr and Cd, for eight benthic marine diatoms were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). This method is rapid with high precision and accuracy. The relative standard deviation, correlative coefficient and recovery rate are less then 6. 85%, 0. 998 9-0. 999 9 and 95%-103%, respectively. The results show that there are high mineral-element levels in the eight benthic diatoms, with Mg〉Fe〉K〉Ca〉 Mn〉Zn among them, while the contents of Ni and Cu are poor, and there are little Pb, Cr and Cd in benthic diatoms. The contents of Mg, K and Mn in Navicula seminulum Grun are maximum elements, with (17. 224 0±0. 030 2)mg·g^-1 SDand (1. 788 5±0. 093 9)mg·g^-1 SD, (0. 225 3±0. 001 1)mg·g^-1SD respectively. There were the most contents of Fe(4. 231 4±0. 030 9)mg·g^-1 SD and Zn(0. 116 7±0. 002 9)mg·g^-1 SD, Cu(0. 022 7±0. 000 7)mg·g^-1 SD and Ni(0. 014 7±0. 000 5) mg·g^-1SD in Hantzschia amphioxys (Ehr.) Grun. var. leptocephala Ostrup. The element of maximum content in Nitzschia sp. was Ca (6. 353 7±0. 041 2mg·g^-1SD). The experimental results indicate that the eight benthic diatom species could prove useful feed species for benthic animal species grown in aquaculture such as abalone, sea urchin and sea cucumber.
