摘要
研究了用海带吸附法分离富集水中痕量Pb^2+和Cd^2+的方法。在25℃下,pH 4.0~5.0,水样经过预先用海带制成吸附柱后,用10 mL 1 mol/L的HCl,流速为1 mL/min对吸附柱进行洗脱,采用原子吸收光谱法测定洗脱液中Pb^2+和Cd^2+。Pb^2+和Cd^2+的饱和吸附量分别为164.67和8.73 mg/g,回收率在95.8%~103.1%之间。
To separate and enrich the heavy metals in the water, the process of adsorption of Pb^2+ and Cd^2+ by sea tangle is investigated. The water was adsorpted by sea tangle column at 25 ℃, the values of pH are 4.0 ~ 5.0. After that, the Sea tangle column was eluted with 10 mL 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid. The concentrations of lead and cadmium are determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The experimental biosorption equilibrium data for Pb^2+ and Cd^2+ are in good agreement with those calculated by Langmuir model. The saturated adsorption amount of Pb^2+ and Cd^2+ are 166.67 mg/g and 8.73 mg/g, which were respectively calculated by the Langmuir model, the recoveries are between 95.8 % and 103.1%.
