流动注射抑制电化学发光法测定维生素C 被引量:7

摘要 将在线恒电流电解产生ClO-与Luminol构成了较强的化学发光体系,基于维生素C对该化学发光体系有强抑制作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定维生素C的流动注射抑制电化学发光新方法。该方法在维生素C的浓度为2.0×10^-10~1.5×10^-8mmol/mL之间分段回归,呈良好的线性,检出限达到5.0×10^-11mmol/mL。 A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of ascorbic acid based on its inhabition of chemil from luminol-hypochlorite system was described. The hypochlorite was electrogenerated online by constant current electrolysis. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 2.0×10^-10~1.5× 10^-9 mmol/mL and 1.5×10^-9 ~ 1.5×10^-8 mmol/mL respectively with a detection limit of 5.0 × 10^-11 mmol/mL. The proposed method is reliable, accurate and very suitable for the determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.
