儿童疾病综合管理实施地区卫生机构基本设备和药品调查研究

Health facility survey on basic equipments and drugs in implementation areas of integrated management of childhood illness (IMCI)

【目的】调查分析儿童疾病综合管理(integrated management of childhood illness,I MCI)实施地区卫生机构的基本设备和药品情况,为评估I MCI实施后的效果提供基础资料。【方法】根据WHO的卫生机构调查方法,结合本国的实际情况进行改编,培训调查员后进行现场调查。【结果】多数卫生机构的基本设备短缺且廉价而有效的药品供应不足。【结论】基本设备和药品是儿童医疗保健服务的基础,调查地区在这方面存在许多问题,有必要实施I MCI来促进基本设备和药品的供应,以提高儿童医疗保健服务的水平。

[Objective] Investigating the basic equipments and drugs in health facilities in integrated management of childhood illness（IMCI） implementation areas to provide baseline data for evaluation of IMCI. [Method] Field survey based on the locally adapted WHO protocol on health facility survey. [Result] Lacking of basic equipments and lowprice but effective drugs universally occurred in most health facilities. [Conchtsions] Basic equipments and drugs are the basis of medical and health care services for children, but many problems occurs in most health facilities and it necessitates the implementation of IMCI to increase the supplies of basic equipments and drugs in order to improve the medical and health care service for children.
