人格是如何影响学习的 被引量:18

摘要 人格是影响学习的重要因素,深入探讨人格特征与学习之间的关系有着重要现实意义。新近研究多采用大五人格量表,围绕人格对学业成就的预测效应,从两大方面展开:一是探讨大五人格各维度对学业成就的直接预测效应;二是探讨人格对学业能力自信、学业动机、学业评价方式偏好、学习参与度等的影响,从而间接考察人格与学业成就的关系。在概述以上研究的基础上,提出了有待进一步研究的问题以及研究给教育的启示。
