Study on the separation of deer placenta peptide by ultrafiltration

摘要 采用超滤法对鹿胎盘多肽进行处理,研究了中空纤维超滤膜对鹿胎盘多肽中小分子活性因子的截留,考察了压力、温度、流速、浓缩倍数及操作时间对分离效果的影响,最终确定最佳工艺操作条件为操作压力为0.06MPa,温度为30℃,流速为2.25mL/s,浓缩倍数为2倍,操作时间为3min。 This Paper shows the operation of deer placenta polypeptide through the method of ultrafiltration. Using hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane to block the small molecule with active factors of deer placenta polypeptide was studied. Besides, the main factors that affect the separation results, such as pressure, temperature, velocity, concentration time and operating time were indicated. Finally, the optimal technology operating conditions were determined as follows: operating pressure, 0.06MPa, temperature 30℃, velocity 2.25mL/s, concentration time 2, operating time 3 minutes.
