现浇桥面湿接缝C65膨胀混凝土配合比试验研究

Test and Research on C65 Expansive Concrete Mixture Ratio of In-Situ Deck Wet-Joint

江津观音岩长江大桥为结合梁桥,为防止桥面板湿接缝在约束条件下产生裂缝,该桥面板湿接缝要求采用微膨胀混凝土,以补偿混凝土的收缩、徐变。试验通过测试膨胀混凝土掺不同的膨胀剂及同种膨胀剂在不同掺量条件下的限制膨胀率,比选出桥面湿接缝混凝土所要采用的配合比、膨胀剂类型及其掺量。

The Guanyingyan Bridge in Jiangjing City is a combination beam bridge. In order to prevent the cracks that would be likely caused by restricted conditions of the wet-joint, the wet-joint demands using expansive concrete to compensate the shrinkage and creep. This testing will help to test restricted expansive ratio under the conditions of different expansive agents and the same expansive agents but different content, as well to check out the wet-joint concrete mixture ratio, expansive agent and expansive agent content.
